Camp ends each day at 4:30 PM; campers should be picked up by 4:45 PM. Parents may come in to drop off or pick up campers if they so desire.

What To Bring To Camp
Required: enthusiasm, willingness to learn and have fun, good attitude.  Optional: suncreen, swimsuit and towel, money for snacks.

Personalized Instruction
Butler’s Head Basketball Coach LaVall Jordan and his staff oversee all aspects of the camp, using their expertise, guidance, and leadership to increase each camper’s abilities in the game of basketball.

League Play
Campers are placed on teams to promote balanced league play. Boys and girls are assigned to a team according to ability and grade level. Special requests for placement cannot be honored.

Trainer On Site
A certified athletic trainer will be present for all sessions of camp.  Parents are responsible for their camper’s health insurance.

Camp Store
Snacks and Gatorade are available at the camp store. Punch cards for purchases are $10; this amount may be added to your enrollment fee. Cards also may be purchased during the week of camp. Water is always available.

Insurance & Medical Care
Each camper must be covered by his or her parent’s insurance before participating in any of the camp activities. We also require written permission concerning your child’s ability to safely participate in this camp. Completed permission forms must be received before your daughter or son can participate in any camp activities. Forms will be emailed or sent to you upon receiving your registration form.

A swimming pool is available at our Health and Recreation Complex (HRC). Swimming is an optional activity offered to campers on Tuesday and Wednesday of camp. Campers are responsible for their own swimsuits and towels.
